 After having 2 of my 3 kids, I realized the need for a local family publication with a calendar of local things to do around town. In 1995, I began What's Up For Kids. What started as a 4 page copied newsletter with a circulation of 1000 has become a 32 page glossy full color magazine with a circulation of 20,000! We now produce kid and family expos in Southern California as well as host two websites - www.whatsupforkids.com and www.GotSummerCamp.com. And now we are even licensing the magazine for moms to start their own What's Up For Kids!
