Joy Chudacoff, Life and Business Coach

Joy founded Smart Women Smart Solutions with one purpose:  To help women everywhere create extraordinary lives—both at work and at home.  Joy is a certified professional coach, motivational speaker, highly skilled group leader, business consultant, and the author of Reflections, a “buzz generating” weekly ezine, designed to enrich women’s lives.  Joy has helped scores of women design the lives they choose to live. Helping women realize their dreams and achieve better ways of living is her passion, her purpose, and her business.

As a wife and mother of two, she “gets” that there is more to life than one's career. Like many women who are drawn to entrepreneurship, Joy inhabits a world that requires balancing business with home life. In the midst of this busyness, she manages to find time to take care of herself (most days, anyway!). Having at least semi-mastered juggling all the facets of her life, Joy now works with women one-to-one (coaching) and in groups (Success Circles) to help them define success on their own terms, identify outlets for their creativity, develop businesses, and manage careers that are anchored in their most important values.

Joy earned her business degree from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. Prior to launching Smart Women Smart Solutions, she founded and ran Future Medical, a Los Angeles based equipment leasing company and Wellness Marketing Group, an international nutritional products marketing firm. Joy received her coaching certification from The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and trained as a circle facilitator at Peer Spirit on Whidbey Island, Washington. She is also a member of the International Coach Federation.

Joy resides in Pacific Palisades with her husband, Greg, and their two children. DeAnn Flores Chase, Legal Coach

DeAnn has spent the last twelve (12) years counseling and defending individuals and businesses of all sizes, primarily in strongly-contested, litigated matters, in state, federal and appeallate courts throughout the State of California.  A General Counsel and South Bay resident for over ten (10) years, she devotes and prides her practice to providing responsive, one-on-one client service to new and growing businesses close to her home - and close to her heart.  She provides counsel and advice to many local non-profit organizations in her community.  DeAnn understands that many small business owners are not familiar with a lot of legal pitfalls they will confront as they grow their business.  Her practice focuses primarily on individuals and small business owners advising and couseling them on personal liability protection from forming and maintaining an entity structure, contract review and drafting, and dispute counseling.

Debbye Cannon, Organizing Coach

In the early 1980's Debbye had 2 children under 2, an Army husband, and life was eating her alive! No dinner ready, messy house, sticky floors, etc. She was overwhelmed and then she started a home-based business. What WAS she thinking?!

For survival, Debbye designed a system to streamline repetitive activities, such as laundry, housekeeping, meals and shopping, so she could carve out time for her business.
